Moving may be stressful, but having the right movers reduces that stress astronomically! The two young men (including one of the founders, Ethan) arrived on time with all the equipment that could possibly be needed. They were kind, personable, efficient, intelligent, careful, showed excellent judgment, and acted as if our belongings MATTERED. They shrink wrapped every single thing except the moving boxes, scrupulously attaching parts (bolts, screws, etc) to each item. They saw to every detail, asked questions whenever necessary, responded to any request with "yes, of course we can do that."
They had tools to disassemble furniture, a huge supply of moving blankets, extra boxes, and so forth. They didn't grumble about having to move things to two different locations, didn't whine when a couch wouldn't fit through a door--they just grabbed tools and took the door off. They consistently said, "please" and "thank you," and if they saw one of us moving something, said, "Could we help you with that?" Carefully noting the time, they said they would be taking a 30-minute lunch break, and they kept exactly to schedule.
When we asked that certain specially marked boxes be kept together IF possible, they did JUST that. No request was too complicated, nor were they reluctant to do whatever was needed even if it meant extra work.
They exceeded EVERY single expectation we might have had, and we've moved a great deal over several decades. It just doesn't get any better than Adventure Home Moving. I can recommended them without a single reservation. My hope is that they have continued success but never grow too busy to give this level of personal, heart-centered service to their customers.
